Common questions
Does my customer have to download an app?
No. They click a link, answer a few questions to help you make a quote, and wait a moment for your reply. Once you approve, they get the booking link with your quote — all in their browser.
Can I keep my own phone number?
You get a dedicated business number. Customers see and text that number, not your personal one. Calls forward anywhere you want, including to your existing line.
What happens if a customer doesn't pay the deposit?
They don't get the slot. The time stays open until someone leaves a deposit, so you don't get a 'booking' that ghosts on the day.
Do I have to set up Stripe before I can send quotes?
No. You can send quotes and take bookings without a deposit. When you turn deposits on (the recommended way to filter tire-kickers), Stripe takes a couple of minutes to connect.
How long does setup take?
