The basics
SaleQ is a CRM service operated by TechAscent LLC. By using SaleQ, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- One person per seat — each user needs their own seat
What you can do
- Use SaleQ to manage your contacts, engagements, and sales activities
- Invite team members within your plan's seat limit
- Export your data at any time
What you can't do
- Use SaleQ for anything illegal
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Resell access to SaleQ without permission
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly per seat through Stripe
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
Trial
New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start. After 30 days, access is suspended until you choose a paid plan.
SMS / Text messages
SaleQ sends SMS on behalf of account holders to their prospects and clients. Two message types run on this program:
- Inquiry auto-replies — when a prospect submits an inquiry and selects Text as their preferred contact method, an automatic acknowledgement SMS is sent from the account holder's business number.
- Conversational replies — the account holder may reply from inside SaleQ, continuing a conversation the recipient initiated.
Consent. Recipients opt in either by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on an inquiry form (the checkbox is required to submit when Text is selected) or by sending the first message to the business number. The consent record, timestamp, phone number, and consent text are retained.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
No sharing for marketing. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio is our SMS subprocessor and receives only the data required to deliver messages. See the SMS section of our privacy policy for full details.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into SaleQ. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@saleq.io.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes.
